About Us
Aaron Siow joined the Real Estate Industry in 2007 and has more than 10 years of experience in Commercial Leasing and Sales. In 2013, he finally achieved his dream of starting his own Real Estate Firm specializes in Leasing and Sales of Commercial Properties. He has a passion for shophouses and particularly helping tenants to look for F&B space for lease. He loves meeting cool, top chefs, tasting their cuisines, listening to their aspiration and helping tenants to setup their dream restaurants.
Kelvin Ng joined the Real Estate Industry in 2011, starting with transactions in residential properties. In 2014, he went into Commercial Shophouse and was immediately charmed by it's beauty and the rich history behind the heritage buildings. He has aspired to own one of this shophouse (when he can afford it). Since then, Kelvin has been active in shophouses for sales and rental across Singapore, particularly in D01/02. Landlord Representation (Leasing / Selling)
We provide comprehensive and professional services with regard to selling and leasing of commercial properties on behalf of the Landlord. This includes management of the commercial properties through tenant search, active marketing, conduct viewings, market report, property valuation, tenant mix structuring and rental optimization.
New Tenant Representation
We seek to listen carefully to understand the objectives, goals, aspirations and concerns of the new tenants. We then apply our experience and knowledge of the market to create a proven approach to finding an ideal retail space for the new tenants.
Outgoing Tenant Representation
We seek to understand the objectives and concerns of the outgoing tenants and to help them draft out an exit strategy. With our expertise and experience we are able to assist the outgoing tenants to find a new tenant to take over / buy over their existing restaurant space. This will enable them to be released and discharged from any liabilities arising under the Tenancy Agreement.
